Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsafe to consume, please contact us at wild@aurrumi.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

No restocking fee applies. A $5.00 flat return shipping fee applies only if we request the item to be returned.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
